To ensure quality, we use professional laboratory grade equipment (CboxQC) to test both dissolved O2 and volumes of CO2. This test is performed before and after bottling.

Tracking COimproves the consistency of the bottled product. Measuring O2 is critical for calculating shelf life and monitoring the efficiency of the bottling. 

We use an ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) tester to verify the machine's cleanliness. The ATP test measures the relative light units (RLU) which indicates the amount of organic load in the tested location. This test is often used in the food industry to confirm cleanliness.
